One supplier for parts made to your drawing
PAXIS is a Hong Kong company under Western ownership. We make custom parts to customer drawings through a network of vetted factories in southern and eastern China.
Our own team in Dongguan works on the factory floor. They place each job, follow production, inspect the parts, and pack and ship them. You send one RFQ and one PO to PAXIS, and you deal with one contact who answers for the result.

How an order runs
- You send an RFQ.Drawings by email, with quantities, material and finish.
- We review the drawing.Questions are raised and answered before we quote. Any change is approved by you in writing.
- We compare 2–3 factories.You get one quote from PAXIS.
- Our team follows production.First articles when needed, then the series.
- Checked, packed, ready to ship.Inspection reports and photos before and after packing. Ready to ship EXW; your forwarder collects.
Making parts in China, with the risk managed
Most buyers have the same five questions before they send a drawing to China. Here is what we do about each.
- Will the parts match the drawing?
- The factory inspects to your drawing or QC sheet and supplies a report. Our team checks on site. On early orders that means 100% inspection, not sampling.
- Will my drawings stay private?
- Drawings travel by email only, never through an upload portal. They go only to the factories quoting your job. We sign your NDA on request.
- Will anything change without my knowing?
- No change to material, finish or process goes ahead without your written approval.
- Who do I talk to when something goes wrong?
- You talk to PAXIS. We work out the root cause and corrective action with the factory, and provide an 8D report when you require one.
- Am I paying a fair factory price?
- New parts are quoted by 2–3 suitable factories. We compare them and send you one quote.
